SCHOOL CAR PARK

The school car park off Peel Street is for staff use only between 8am and 3.45pm. To ensure the safety of students, parents should not drop off or pick up children before or after school in the car park or outside designated parking areas.

SAFETY TRAINING

For the safety of your child it is desirable for him/her to know the following facts:-

Own name, address and if possible, telephone number
The most direct and safest way to and from school
The correct way to cross a street, both with and without safety crossings
To refuse rides, money or treats from strangers
Not to throw sticks, stones or other objects that could cause harm
He/she must stay in the school ground where teachers supervise the students
To be courteous and considerate towards others.

SCHOOL CROSSINGS

Pakington St. and Peel St. crossings are controlled by supervisors at the following times:

Morning from 8.30am to 9.05am
Afternoon from 3.25pm to 4.00pm

Princess St., High St. and Cotham Rd. all have Pedestrian operated lights.

Parents should instruct their children to use the crossings correctly and should set an example by always crossing the road at these points. Parents dropping or picking up children are advised to park in the designated parking areas only. The City of Boroondara crossing attendants have full authority to book motorists and report pedestrians for breaches of regulations. Please give your utmost support to the crossing attendants.
