Year 4 Camp

Camp is a fantastic opportunity for students to strengthen independence, social and decision-making skills through environmentally friendly team activities. It provides a great opportunity to develop new skills, friendships and interests.

The YMCA Mount Evelyn Discovery Camp is surrounded by towering trees and temperate rainforests and is located in the stunning Dandenong Ranges, just an hour from the Melbourne CBD. Mount Evelyn has a distinct natural setting that allows a wide range of fun, inclusive and enriching activities. Mount Evelyn Recreational Camp offers the highest quality facilities and trained, experienced staff to ensure every camping experience is delivered in a safe and supportive environment.

Students participated in 6 fun, engaging and exciting activities such as the Flying Fox, Giant Swing, Archery, Wildlife Encounter, Orienteering and the Kitchen Garden.
