The Prep students went on an excursion to Kew Traffic School as part of their ‘Sharing the Planet’ Unit of Inquiry. The central idea of the unit is ‘We can contribute positively to communities’. Throughout the unit, students inquire into the following:
• What a community is
• Communities we are connected to
• Important people and places in our community
As part of the excursion, students focused on the roles of people and places in our community.
